Moratorium on the Expansion and Creation of Large-Scale Livestock Facilities Pending 12 Month Study Ordinance. Wear blue shirts ( Jeff Smith or Dem. Party) to show overwhelming support for this first step in preventing factory farm pollution of our ground and surface waters.
